YES Parchment is an independent community information site about the November 3, 2026 Parchment School District bond proposal.
This site is maintained by local residents reviewing publicly available information and sharing resources for voters who want to understand what is being considered.
According to the district's bond application materials, the proposal would authorize up to $41 million for school facility improvements, including closing the aging middle school facility, building a new 7th- and 8th-grade wing at Parchment High School, creating dedicated elementary grade centers, and making improvements to buildings, playgrounds, technology, roofing, access controls, boilers, and electrical systems.
