Traffic flow and student safety are important considerations in the planning process.
The district is reviewing the existing traffic-flow design, current parent transportation patterns, and neighborhood traffic conditions. Because the final site design has not yet been completed, it would be premature to promise a specific traffic pattern today.
Traffic flow, drop-off and pick-up, pedestrian safety, bus circulation, and emergency access would all be considered as part of the detailed design process.
The district is also continuing to communicate with the governmental agencies responsible for roads, signage, and traffic control around our schools.
