We’ve added the district’s 2023 Facilities Assessment to the Yes Parchment website.
The assessment documents deficiencies between existing conditions and “like new” facility conditions based on a visual assessment, with estimated budgets for identified items.
An important point when reading the report: not everything identified represents work the district recommends completing. The report itself states that not all conditions are suggested work and that some issues require further discussion to determine the right solution for the district.
For voters evaluating the 2026 bond, the assessment provides useful background on the condition of district facilities and a baseline for comparing previously identified issues with the projects included in the current proposal.
